See the entire process of making chocolate at an artisan small batch scale. We begin at the cocoa tree, taste fresh fruit and see the entire process to the finished chocolate. We will end with a tasting of a variety of chocolate, our famous chocolate barbecue sauce and chocolate tea and of course make a chocolate cake dessert.
Talk to cocoa farmers and experience daily life in the Costa Rican countryside with a local family lead by a woman Elieth Herrera a well known folclore musician. Gain insight into their traditional agrarian lifestyles as you take in beautiful natural landscapes on a journey you won’t soon forget.
