making tortillas and become familiar with food from another culture. Also they will be involved in the process
of measuring and mixing. Each participant will have their own dough ball to shape into a tortilla. The ladies in
charge of the kitchen will then cook the tortillas on the woodstove. When cool, fill and eat! Our Great Coffee
